dc.description.abstractThe present investigation was carried out at ursery, Horticulture Section, College of Agriculture. , Dhule during the period of January, 2011 to December, 2011. It was found that the soft wood grafting performed on 16th February, 2011 (T4 ) took minimum number of days for sprouting of grafts (15. 33) followed by soft wood grafting performed on 1st February, 2011 (TJ However maximum days (34. 87) were taken for sprouting of grafts, when grafting practiced on 16th June, 2011 (T12) followed by grafting practiced on 1st June, 2011 (T1/ The maximum survival percentage over success of grafts also have been shown in (T4 ) followed by (T), where as maximum diameter of graft union are shown in (T4) at 60, 120 and 180 days after grafting respectively 1. 5, 1. 7 and1. 8cm.-
