An Approach of Project Management- A study of Kerala Local Self Government Delivery Project

Abstract

In 21st Century, India is going through the development phase and building presence as globalized economy. As a result, the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has reached USD 2897 million in September 2015 [1]. But the country lacks capability in many areas to provide better life style to people with common standards as followed in the developed nations. The project called Kerala Local Government Service Delivery Project (KLSGDP) [2]was started in Kerala during 2011 with an objective to change the infrastructure of state in various ways.
