dc.description.abstractThe present paper is addressed to the examination of the extent of job satisfaction among the employees of the companies under study. For the purposes of study five pharmaceutical companies namely Ind Swift, Cadila, Dr. Reddy's Lab, Promed Exports and Torrent Pharma operating in northern India were selected. In the study, statistical and econometric techniques used for analyzing job satisfaction included, means, percentages and ANOVA.-
