Abstract

As Socrates puts it, "The right question is usually more important than the rig ht answer". The day our chilen are permitted to ask questions, rather than just answer them, is when we can expect them to be ready to face the challenges thrown by a rapidly changing world. Perhaps schools are some time away from incorporating the assessment of skill-sets critical to the 21st century.
