Abstract: In this survey, an effort is made to study the association between demographic characteristic and human capital development in the global enterprises operating in Bangalore city. It would examine the relationship between demographic characteristics and human capital development. In this study a structured questionnaire is being used to collect the data from the respondent companies, after have a reliability of 0. 9514 which indicated a high reliability, the study has identified several demographic variables responsible for human capital development such has age, education and experience and has impact on human capital development in the global enterprises
