Abstract: The Supreme Court of India (SCI), in the recent case of Mohammed Salimullah v. Union of India pertaining to the deportation of Rohingya refugee, observed that the Rohingya refugees be deported from India according to the procedure prescribed for deportation. This decision of the SCI brings to the forefront India's International Refugee Law obligations.
