Abstract: A detailed survey was undertaken for ground vegetation under forest plantations in Bundelkhand region of Distt. Jalaun. Ninety plant species belonging to 82 genera and 41 families of angiosperms were recorded. The vegetation under forest plantations has great medicinal value. Indigenous people use these plants as medicine in various kind of ailments. The medicinal importance of these plants is reflected in this investigation.
