dc.description.abstract | The study analysis the customer behaviour of youth towards fast food restaurants, the targeted segment, and the seasons for its popularity and the areas of improvement to boost its sales in the restaurants. A sample size of 100 is taken for the study to examine the perceptions and preferences of the youth. Improvement in customer service to attain high level of satisfaction is the goal kept in view. Factor analysis and discriminant analysis have been used as statistical tools to test the objectives of the study. The study advocates new and distinct techniques to be adopted by fast food restaurant for sustaining the interest of the youth. | - |
