Anything which is most inevitable in the social environment is ' Change'. For human being 'Stress' has very broad definition. As far as our body is concerned, Stress is Synonymous with Change. Anything that causes change in your life causes stress. It does not matter whether change is a 'good change' or a 'bad change'. It means stress is that change for which human being is either not ready to accept or not ready to adapt.-
