Abstract: User-Friendliness, affordability and technology are important intangible factors taken into consideration during purchase of Smartphone by the users. This study makes an attempt to position select Smartphone brands- Micromax, HTC, OPPO, Gionee, Apple, Blackberry, HP, Dell and Samsung in Ambala District, Haryana. Positioning of select Smartphone brands was done using MEXL to discover consumers' evaluation of select Smartphone brands along major dimensions of value and Status Symbol.
