dc.description.abstractOver the last two decades business process outwurcing has been catering to various industries such as retail, insurance, mortgage, banking and.finance, healthcare, telecommunications, technology, travel and hospitality and many more. Finns today are consolidating and standardizing operating processes by outsourcing the business process to third parties that o_ffers economies and focused management expertise. !11 the present scenario many UK and US based companies are looking at countries like India, China, Russia and Philippines to outsource their business processes. This study examined the overall impact of working in BPOs on women employees in selected BPO units in National Capital Region (NCR). This study concludes with understanding the satisfaction level o_f women employees Ji-om different job attributes, transport facilities, welfare facilities, crechefacilities, medical facilities etc. provided by their respective dive employer.-
