dc.description.abstractlndian education system particularly the management education has been experiencing a paradigmatic shift over the years. The traditional societal based educational system has bee11 transformed i11to modem commercialized education. In the process of commercia/izatio11 of manageme11t education, it had to confront a11d overcome lot of impediments over the decades. The present theoretical discourse will exclusively emphasize upon the prevailing confronting challenges before the 111a11ageme11t educatio11 i11 lndia11 co11text. The paper will also propose an axiomatic model i11 connection with resolvi11g some of the impediments before modem management education. The suggestive measures to be offered will pave the way to mitigate major challenges which will further ensure sustainability of management education of our country.en_US
