Title: Environmental Justice- Inter-Generationalequity and Corpora Te Social Responsibility
Authors: Saurabh Sharma
Keywords: Human rights are inherently and inextricably connected with human dignity.
Issue Date: 2015
Publisher: Journal of Environmental Law Policy and Devlapment
Abstract: A dichotomy of two tenements of "rights", which is individual-centric, and "duty", which is environment-centric, could be attached to this terminology. Concept of 'giving-back' has to be encompassed whereby when not just the present generation is enjoying, but our past generation which has enjoyed, and our future generation which shall continue to enjoy the fruits of the land, it shall be as a matter of obligation.
