Abstract: | Entrepreneurship development in India is accelerating at a very fast pace and women are playing an extremely dynamic role in this path of progress. They are rising to their highest potential, turning determination into reality. This evolution has given an impetus of growth to the communities which are coming their way. This study profile women entrepreneurs from India and studies their journey of growth partnering with communities thus becoming an active instrument of empowerment. The study focuses on potential resolutions and enablers which can further empower communities through these women leaders. The paper concludes that pioneering partnership are making large scale influences leading to novel opportunities and scalable impacts |
