dc.description.abstract | Today's world is a world of change. Change is happening in every singleaspect of our lives. We should be able to adjust our behavior to changes rapidly. Theneed for change including the way we lead business arises as a result of globalization, the transfonnation of societies from one system to another as well as from the wholerevolution in the techniques and technologies that bombard us every single momentwith new sources of "the unknown". That being so, we should be able to shift ourminds and learn new patterns of behavior continuously; we should be able to teachpeople around us to change their mindsets according to the enviromnent, even as weteach them not to forget their authenticity and to follow their needs until they reachthe highest level, their le vel of self-actualization. We should build organizations ofpeople that are able to learn and share the knowledge and to develop all of thepotential that they posses. | - |
