A study of Students Satisfaction Regarding Library Resources and Services at a Leading Management College in Vadodara

Abstract

A library plays an important role in the improvement of the any organization or academic institution. Library is playing vital role to meet multidimensional demands of students and faculties for information and knowledge.This present study focused on student's satisfaction regarding library resources and services at CKSVIM library. The present study discussed with CKSVIM library ; basic/general facilities, physical setup , traditional or printed resources , electronic or digital resources , traditional or manual services and ICT based services . The findings revealed that most of the users are satisfied with the CKSVIM library ; all the basic/general facilities , physical setup, traditional or printed resources , electronic or digital resources , traditional or manual services and all lCT based library services . They recommended recruiting the more staff in library and recommended increasing the timing of book issue-return.
