Until now, digital disconnect has been a major challenge in India. With the central government demonetization decision gave a major push to several digital payment solution providers. Wallet’s like Paytm, Free charge, etc.; have been quick to capitalize on this and have been aggressively advertising to promote the usage of digital wallets as a way of moving towards a cashless economy, which is good but at the same time it is important to understand the Retailers acceptance and adoption intention with respect to use of E-wallets. This study employed the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to understand Retailers intention to use one of the Most Innovative E-wallet Company Called Paytm. Structured equation modelling was employed with the help of SPSS AMOS program to understand the contracts of TAM that include perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitude with two extended variable previous experience of system and system relevance in study. The study results manly suggest that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and attitude are most important factors that affect Retailers intention to use wallet - Paytm. Further it indicates that prior experience of the Paytm does not have any impact on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness which seems very interesting and required further research.-
