Abstract: | The Medical field is one of the most reputed profession in the world, as we know that medical practitioner is considered as God from the period of history till present because it is the only profession, which can protect and save us from health problems and diseases such as cancer, heart problems, virus, TB etc. The word “doctor” is derived from Latin word “docere” which means to teach and its roots can be traced in medieval times to specialists in theology, law and medicine. The medical practitioner is the one who practices medicine and is the one who helps in promoting, maintaining and restoring health. For this doctors require scientific knowledge and understanding and use of studies, diagnosis and treatments of disease, injury and other physical and mental impairments. Those who use these with courage, with humility, with wisdom and in accordance with medical ethics provide a unique service to their fellowmen and women, and build an enduring edifice of character within them.' A Physician who fails to observe the body of a patient without any iota of knowledge and analysing the body of the patient, would never succeed in curing such diseases. Firstly, he should analyse and study all the factors, including environment, which influence a patient’s disease. |
