Abstract: In today's era of rapid technological progress, the concept of artificial intelligence (AI) cannot be deemed unfamiliar. However, the progress made in this field since the incorporation of cutting-edge technologies is noteworthy and calls for effective protection. The world has witnessed the obvious creativity and knowledge demonstrated by AI systems, which has sparked concerns regarding the protection of intellectual property rights. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct additional research into the goals of copyright laws as they pertain to AI systems. There are currently machines capable of producing highly creative works that, would be eligible for copyright protection. This calls for a global re-evaluation of copyright regulations applicable to AI systems. The future inclusive expansion will necessitate the incorporation of all forms of scientific progress. This implies that the expansion should incorporate robotics, machines, and AI systems as well. A world reliant on AI is a fate chosen by humans, and it will be preferable to be adequately prepared for this age of science in which it is no longer merely science fiction. The time has come for a global renaissance. In the near future, the works of AI systems cannot be denied IP protection based exclusively on the argument that they are neither human nor legal persons. It would be a violation of their rights to deny them the rights enforceable by every citizen of every nation.
