The future of any country and that of mankind lies in the hands of millions of young manand women who have held the privilege of having higher educatiort While education in generalis one of the crucial inputs for socio-economy development, higher education is the mainstay ofall national, endeavors. Effectiveness is generally viewed as the achievement of the overallobjective of the organization and optimum utilizations of resource. The present paper aims atexamining the perceptions and expectation ofthe students of management schools with regardto curriculum, teaching method, examination system supporting services and career prospects.Besides it analyses factor which influence productivity improvement of student and suggestssome measures to improve the performance of the business school to achieve excellence.
