Abstract

Human resources are the indispensable tools that boost any economic endeavor, but finance also play an important role in utilizing the human resources effectively and efficiently for the progress of the economy. For the growth and development of Small-Scale Enterprises, the financial institutions (Banking Sector) such as government banks, private sector banks and micro finance etc. are the essential players whose role need to visible. The purpose of the study is to examine the role of finance provided by the banking sector on the growth of employment generation in small scale enterprises in Uttarakhand.
