Abstract: The habit of frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system and helps to keep us away from diseases. The regular exercise improves mental health and prevents depression, so in spite of our busy schedule we should spare some of our valuable time for doing exercise. This study is made on the basis of people's perception towards healthy life conseroation and how they would like to h.ave disease-fighting benefits by doing exercises. For which the1; have shared the tips on which exercise routines they work and how work exercise into their daily schedule.
