Abstract: | Change is inevitable. Governmental fiscal policies, introduction of technology, socio-political climate and such other factors often force organizational change. Thus change in employees' behavior is necessary for the survival and growth of the organizations and its environment. Planned change is concerned with changing the behavior of individuals and groups within the organization to improve the ability of the organization and capability of the employees. |
