Abstract: The present study is an attempt to find out the relationship amongaggression, employee adjustment and quality of life of civil policeofficers in Kera/a and to find out whether these variables differcorresponding to their age groups. The sample consisted of JOO malecivil police officers in Kera la. The age range of the sample was from18-55 years. The data were collected using standardized instrumentsand analyzed using ANOVA and correlation methods. Resultsrel'ealed that there were significant differences in employeeadjustment, quality of physical life, quality of social life and totalquality of life among Policemen according to their age groups. Butin the case of aggression and quality ofpsychological life, there wereno significant difference. Results of Correlation analysis revealed thatthere was positive correlation between employee adjustment andquality of life. In the case of variable aggression and quality of lifethere were negative correlations.
