Abstract: | Being diagnosed with a chronic illness has an impact on the psychosocial adjustment of the illness and wellbeing of the individual .The present study aims to assess the geneder difference in the psychosocial adjustment, wellbeing and coping aspect of the chronic illness and to find the relationship between these aspects. Data was collected from 272 chronically ill patients; 143 males and129 females. The study resulted that females have more interpersonal wellbeing than males and significant correlation was found between the variables. |
