This research review focuses on work-life balance. Work-life balance signifies the extent to which an employee experiences feeling fulfilled and having his or her needs met in both work and non-work facets of life. Through experiencing greater work-life balance, individuals report feeling better in general, in respect of greater job and life satisfaction. Goal of the article is to develop a better conceptual understanding of work-life balance.A systematic search was conducted through electronic databases to identify relevant papers. Findings suggested that employees with work-life balance perceive their lives are fulfilled both inside and outside work and experience minimal conflict between work and non-work roles, and work-life practices help in reducing work-life conflict.-
