Abstract: In recent times we have witn essed the emergence of a water availability crisis due to scarcity and pollution of water resources. One of the major causes of water pollution is the widening gap between wastewater generation and treatment which has necessitated a paradigm shift from centralized to decentralized wastewater treatment and onsite reuse.
