Abstract: This paper explores the relationship between the concept of hope, future time perspective, and satisfaction with life scale (SWLS) of emerging adults. Design/methodology/approach- The present study is basically correlational in nature. Data were collected from 140 (57.14 percent boys and 42.86 percent girls) undergraduate students of Technological Institutes of India.undergraduate students of Technological Institutes of India. The responses of the participants had been collected on three questionnaires: adult hope scale (Snyder, 2002), Zimbardo time inventory (ZTPl- 13, Zimbardo and Boyed), and SWLS (SWLS-5, Diener et al., 1985). Multiple regression analysis was used for data analysis. Findings: The result demonstrated that hope is emerges as significant predictor of life satisfaction. Originality/value: The study offers a model chat extends the scope of previous researches in the field of life satisfaction. le provides a new research paradigm to the area of emerging adulthood and introduces some individual factors chat could produce variance emerging adults' life satisfaction. These cwo individual factors (FTP and hope) are associated with ones future perspective directly and author(s) assumed might be they are potential factors to influence life satisfaction.
