Abstract: Purpose - This paper aims to study specifically the millennial and Gen-Z working demography ( Ages 21-42 as of 2023), their relationship with the supervisors in the organisation and the organisation itself. It will also deal with the effect that these factors have on the employees intention to leave the organization. Considering that this new working demography is a newer, younger age of working employees in the organisation the paper would help in analysing existing relationship between employees, their supervisors and organisations while also diving in depth on what the other factors are that would make employees stay back at their organisations. Design/methodology/approach - Data for the paper was collected via a survey designed on Google forms. The survey was specifically designed and submitted to the demography aged between 21-42, to sample size of 149 full time working employees working in various industries like - IT, Legal, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Hospitality and Business Operations. Findings - The research found that with high levels of POS and PPSS leads to low levels of Intention to leave among Millennial and Gen-Z employees.
