Since the covid-19 epidemic hit in 2019, organisations all over the world have been forced to adjust to remote work, which has had a profound impact on how people operate. Employees may now work remotely from any location with an internet connection, giving them more freedom, cutting down on commute time, and boosting productivity. The it industry, which has been at the forefront of the remote work revolution, has seen a particularly high prevalence of remote work. While remote work offers numerous advantages, it also brings several difficulties that may harm it workers' mental health. The difficulty of being alone is one. As employees may not have access to the social interaction, they would normally have in a traditional office setting, working remotely might be isolating. Sense of coherence is defined as a person's ability to perceive the world as meaningful, comprehensible, and manageable.en_US
