dc.description.abstractMotivation and employee satisfaction are two crucial factors that significantly impact organizational performance. Many organizations are working to get more customer attention along with betterment of their organizational culture. One of the ways to achieve this is by motivating employees and ensuring their satisfaction with their work environment. Therefore, the reason for the occurrence of this dissertation report work is to investigate the peculiar relationship between work motivation and the employee satisfaction. It’s important to take note about the primary objective of this research which is to find the factors that drive employee motivation and satisfaction within any organization. By doing this, we can understand whether the employees really expect some work motivation in order to get employee satisfaction. To achieve this, a thorough review of relevant literature on motivation and employee satisfaction was conducted. The study will also involve the use of a survey questionnaire to collect data from a sample of employees working in different organizations. In this process, there have been many telephonic interviews conducted to get a brief understanding about the employee’s expectation in terms of their work motivation and satisfaction. Also, with the help of many literature reviews there has been good gatherings of information regarding the relatedness between work motivation and employee satisfaction which plays an important role in an employee’s work life. Even from the researcher’s point of view (me) believes that both the aspects have a core value in work-life balance and are related to each other. Hence, using or applying it wisely in an organization is very important. The study's findings will be useful for any organization's management in identifying the areas that require improvement to enhance employee motivation and satisfaction levels. Moreover, this research work can contribute to the greater understanding and knowledge on work motivation and employee satisfaction by providing clear-cut evidence on the relationship between the two constructs. Overall, this dissertation aims to provide valuable insights that can be used to improve any organizational performance by enhancing employee motivation and satisfaction.en_US
