Abstract: | The COVID-19 pandemic has been a disruptive force in every aspect of our lives, including the world of work. As organizations navigate the aftermath of the pandemic, the role of human resources (HR) has become increasingly critical. HR professionals faced with a plethora of challenges, including managing remote workforces, implementing safety protocols, addressing employee well-being concerns, and adapting to new technologies. The post-pandemic era has created a new normal for the workplace, and HR teams must find innovative ways to adapt and evolve in response to these changes. In this context, it is essential to analyse the key challenges that HR faces in the post-pandemic era and understand the strategies required to overcome them.
