Abstract: The comparative study of project cost management in operating a food chain franchise is an evaluation of the different approaches and methods available for controlling project costs in the franchise industry. Project cost management is one of the many aspects of running a food chain franchise that will be investigated. The research often entails a comparison of multiple techniques to project cost management, assessing the various advantages and disadvantages of each. Examining the cost structures of various franchises, as well as the strategies used by successful franchises to efficiently control their expenses, could be part of this. Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, risk management, and resource allocation may be included in a comparative study of project cost management in running a food chain franchise. Technology, such as software tools and automation to streamline processes and boost productivity, may also be investigated as it relates to project cost management. Finally, the purpose of a comparative analysis of project cost management in a food chain franchise is to find best practices and solutions that can assist franchisees in maximising their profitability while minimising their expenditures. By comparing and contrasting the strategies employed by profitable franchises, franchisees can gain valuable insights into the most effective ways to manage costs and boost business performance.
