The textile industry represents India's cultural heritage, helping to bring people together and further our economic goals. Being the second largest sector in the Indian economy, the textile industry occupies a prominent position. As a result around 45 million people are employed. The study compares the financial performance of top textile companies. In India, Raymond and Siyaram Silk Mills are well-known companies with distinctive personalities. A comparative analysis of financial performance in this project helps to understand the competition and performance of the two companies. To make a decision or proposal, a company's performance relative to its industry and economic environment is assessed through a comparative analysis process. Financial analysts typically make decisions and recommendations about whether to purchase debt or equity instruments from a company and how much cash to provide to companies at what price. The financial performance of Raymond and Siyaram Silk Mills is the subject of the present study. The research is based on the company's three most recent annual reports (for the years 2019-2020, 2020-2021 and 2021-2022). They include liquidity, profitability and turnover results of Raymond and Siyaram Silk Mill.en_US
