dc.description.abstractDue to recent political changes and technology advancements, India's digital payment system is emerging as a potential success story. The findings also point to an increase in cash use at the same time. India is not an exception to the trend of more technologically advanced exchanges replacing the majority of global marketplaces. Numerous studies have demonstrated that an effective payment system can accelerate the flow of liquidity within an economy. In the age of digitization, using technology in transactions is the ideal way to be flexible and provide superior customer service. The study's objective is to comprehend customer perceptions of online and digital payment security in the context of connected technology today. This study aids marketers in understanding consumer attitudes towards various cashless payment methods.en_US
