Problem Statement: Organizations thrive when the workforce actively contributes their ideas, opinions, and concerns, creating an environment of open communication and collaboration. According to (Smith et al., 2022). Employee voice, which refers to the proactive and constructive expression of these thoughts within the workplace, has received increasing attention in organizational psychology and behaviour study. According to (Smith et al., 2022; Johnson and Brown, 2019; Thompson, 2018) it has been associated with numerous good outcomes, such as improved innovation, job satisfaction, and organizational performance. However, despite its importance, fostering and enhancing employee voice remains a challenge for numerous organizations. Definition of the Topic: Employee voice includes the voluntary expression of ideas, opinions, suggestions, and concerns by employees to contribute to the improvement of their work environment and organizational processes. It involves both promotive voice, which entails making constructive suggestions and ideas, and prohibitive voice, which involves expressing concerns and disagreements. The concept of voice goes beyond mere participation or engagement, emphasise the active involvement that employees take in shaping their work environment. Using the papers "Employee Voice and Silence: Taking Stock a Decade Later" and "Psychological Antecedents of Promotive and Prohibitive Voice: A Two-Wave Examination," This research aims to examine the individual and group dynamics within organisations as well as the results that arise from employees' ability to speak up and share their opinions. Aim and Scope of the Study: The aim of this study is to comprehensively examine the factors influencing employee voice and its implications for organizational success and employee well being. By incorporating insights from the aforementioned research papers, we will identify the psychological antecedents of employee voice and study the role of organizational factors in fostering or inhibiting voice behaviors. Also, previous study (Smith et al., 2020; Johnson, 2022) has pointed out the possible outcomes of employee voice, such as job satisfaction, organisational commitment, and performance.en_US
