Abstract: The boron-magnesium based hybrid fuel ducted rocket capitalizes on the high energy content and favourable combustion characteristics of boron and magnesium fuels, which enable the generation of significantly higher specific impulse compared to traditional hydrocarbon-based propellants. The ducted rocket configuration enhances the performance of the propulsion system by effectively harnessing the energy released during combustion. The operation of the ducted rocket involves the controlled combustion of a boron-magnesium fuel mixture within a combustion chamber. The resulting high-temperature and high-pressure gases are expelled through a nozzle, generating thrust. The combustion process is carefully regulated to ensure efficient utilization of the propellant and optimal energy conversion. In this report we have done different types of fuels combination like pure born, boron and magnesium etc and Combustion products have been analyzed by various material characterization techniques such as FESEM,XRD and TGA.
