Organizations are increasingly realizing the value of diversity and inclusion in the workplace in the fast-changing global environment of today. Businesses are aggressively implementing diversity and inclusion efforts in light of the growing understanding that diverse teams and inclusive settings encourage innovation, creativity, and productivity. Despite the abundance of anecdotal evidence and theoretical frameworks that highlight the potential advantages of such initiatives, an empirical study is still required to fully grasp their precise effects on employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the connection between employee job satisfaction and diversity and inclusion activities. This research aims to offer useful insights into the efficacy of these initiatives and their consequences for organizational performance by looking at a specific case study.en_US
