Abstract: In the hospitality sector, social media marketing encompasses the use ofsocial media platforms to advertise hotels, eateries, resorts, and other hospitality businesses to a specific audience. It is a very efficient method for companies to raise their brand recognition, engage with customers, and boost sales. In the hospitality sector, social media marketing strategies frequently involve producing and disseminating eye-catching visual content, such as images and videos of hotel rooms, dining establishments, and amenities. Businesses can increase brand loyalty and draw in new customers by showcasing their establishments' distinctive features. The purpose of the Research on social media marketing in the hospitality industry is being done to better understand how these platforms work as marketing tools in this particular industry. The goal of research is to better understand the methods, resources, and tools used by the hospitality industry to market its products and interact with customers online. Researchers can find best practises and effective strategies that boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and customer loyalty by investigating how social media marketing functions in the hospitality sector. Additionally, research aims to look into the impacts of social media marketing on various facets of the hospitality sector, including client attitudes, behaviour, and business performance. Researchers can help hospitality businesses effectively use social media to achieve their marketing goals and stay competitive in a constantly changing digital landscape by identifying the challenges and opportunities that come with social media marketing. The ultimate goal of this study is to add to the body of knowledge about social media marketing in the hospitality industry and to offer useful implications for companies operating in this field.
