Abstract: | Organizations Now Understand That Diversity And Inclusion (D&I) Are Critical To Their Success And Competitive Advantage In The Modern, Globalized Business Context. A More Creative, Innovative, And Problem-Solving-Oriented Workforce Is Correlated With A More Varied Workforce In Terms Of Background, Culture, Gender, Ethnicity, And Ability. Improved Employee Happiness, Productivity, And Organizational Success May Result From Creating A Welcoming Workplace That Appreciates And Respects The Unique Contributions Of All Employees. Although D&I Practices Are Becoming More Widely Known And Used, It Remains Difficult For Businesses To Quantify How These Efforts Improve Employee Morale. The Term "Employee Engagement" Is Used To Describe The Level Of An Employee's Emotional Interest In Their Job And The Company As A Whole. When Workers Are Invested In Their Work, They Are More Inclined To Go Above And Beyond The Call Of Duty. |
