Abstract: The stock market is a market where investors can buy and sell firm stock. The price of a stock is determined by supply and demand, and it can fluctuate depending on a variety of factors such as the company's financial performance, economic conditions, and investor sentiment. Risk and return are two important concepts to understand when investing in the stock market. The probability of losing money on an investment is referred to as risk. The amount of money that an investor can expect to make on an investment is referred to as the return. There is a trade-off between risk and return. In general, investments with higher risk have the potential to generate higher returns. However, there is no guarantee that an investment with high risk will generate high returns. In fact, there is always the possibility that an investment with high risk will result in a loss.
