Abstract: As per current scenario, economic agents are playing vital role for generating some important regulatory structures. Some of the economic agents are as follow: households, individuals, and independent organizations as well. The actions and ideas of those economic agents are creating some critical issues to this globe. As per some previous results, governments in independent countries had the thorough authority to analyse those critical activities and this lead and guide them to create some potential regulatory structures and schemes for further benefits. Particularly, these regulations are very important to solve all critical issues in this globe. Nowadays, the main reason behind these issues is globalization and liberalization which have occupied most of the spaces in this earth. So, it makes tremendous issue in corporate management, employment regulations, competition regulations, and other regulatory structures as well. These are considered as an important part of the new Global Financial Structure which is now constructed as per Asian crisis and guidance1. The article’s topic plays a main role in this competition regulations, and even numerous lawmakers think that, "Developing countries would greatly benefit from this multinational regulations."
