But to get the most out of social media, you have to master its intricacies, follow best practices, and be flexible to keep up with the ever-changing digital trends. Attracting, engaging, and retaining top personnel in today's dynamic business environment can be challenging, but organisations who successfully utilise social media as a strategic tool in HR management will gain a competitive edge.An organization's ability to succeed and remain competitive in India's dynamic business environment depends on its ability to recruit, engage, and promote itself as an employer to a target audience. The advent of social media and its many useful applications in the realms of recruiting, employee engagement, and employer branding has caused a sea change in HR strategies and procedures.
