Abstract: | After the post covid-19 period, there are several challenges faced by employers as well as the organization and one of the major problems faced by HR professional was recruiting. Recruiting talented employees will determine the future and efficiency of any organization, in the same way; recruiting worthless employees make the organization end up with severe implications. Thus it explains how important the recruitment process is for an organization. After the post covid-19 period, it became very difficult to hire talented employees physically because of so many restrictions as well as safety concerns/protocols. This paved the way for the online recruitment process, the online recruitment process has seen it in pre covid-19 period also but it gained more importance during post covid-19 period. There are several advantages in recruiting through online mode and there are several disadvantages too, as a saying goes “The good advantages come with the disadvantages too” This research particularly deals with the pros and cons of the online recruitment process for IT and Non-IT companies, and how the employees as well as employers adopting and get adjusted to this process and the implications they are facing. In this study, researcher have used five variables they are online recruitment, openness to experience, organization requirement, ethical culture, and recruiting talented employees. A linear Regression model was used to be identify the cause-and-effect relationship. |
