Abstract: Employees feel engaged when their company succee-ds, a feeling linked to supportiveSupervisor behaviors. This research examines how managers affect worke-r engagement. Fifty workers from diverse companies took a survey. Studies relevant to the topic were analyzed too. Engaged employees relate to fairness, shown appreciation, open discussions, and input on decisions. The rese-arch highlights areas needing improvement. For instance, offering opportunitie-s to develop skills. Also, increasing employee decision-making input. Suggestions from Rehumanize include manager training programs, encouraging open dialogue, and flexible schedules. The study underscores supervisors' need for authentic, emotionally intelligent leadership and effective communication. It stresses the significance of fostering a collaborative, respectful, encouraging work environment. Therefore, emphasizing people centered management approaches is crucial to bolstering engagement, organizational success.
