Abstract: International business plays an important role in shaping economies, driving innovation, and connecting people and markets worldwide. However, when companies operate in foreign countries, they encounter diverse cultures with unique customs and behaviors. While this diversity brings opportunities, it also presents challenges, particularly in managing cultural differences. One of the biggest challenges for international firms is navigating these cultural gaps, which encompass differences in language, communication styles, values, beliefs, and customs. These differences can create misunderstanding during decision making, negotiations and developing marketing strategies. These misunderstanding can affect communication, collaborations and impacting business performance. Ignoring cultural norms can damage relationship between Clients, Partners and stake holders and it leads to miss the opportunities and it will get damage the company reputation.
