dc.description.abstractThe issue of diversity and inclusion in the workplace has gained significant attention in recent years, with organizations increasingly recognizing the importance of fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. The purpose of this dissertation is to explore the challenges that organizations face in addressing diversity and inclusion and to offer practical solutions to these challenges. The research approach used in this study is qualitative, with a focus on the interview method. Semistructured interviews were conducted with a diverse range of participants, including HR managers, and employees from various organizations. The interviews aimed to gather in-depth insights into the experiences, perceptions, and challenges related to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.en_US
