Abstract: This dissertation explains the relationship between work-life balance and individual wellbeing. It investigates diverse techniques and practices hired to gain stability, ranging from flexible work arrangements to time management techniques. By analyzing current literature and research findings, the study sheds light on the importance of achieving equilibrium between professional and personal responsibilities for overall well-being. Practically speaking, the study offers organizations useful insights that aid in the development of initiatives and policies to lessen the detrimental effects on worker well-being and productivity. this research contributes to the development of empirically supported policies and procedures that promote healthier and more environmentally friendly working conditions in modern workplaces
