dc.description.abstractPerformance management, is rather from the direct responsibilities of administration more than theoretical and ethical aspects of organization governance. Managing performance enables team as well as individual performances to be developed systematically. Therefore, accountability is created and also improves communication within the workforce. The operation in return promotes continuous improvement, alignment of goals within the organisation. It will supply the firm with the chance to monitor the evolvement of the business, the outcomes obtained via achieved steps as well as undervalued directions which still need improvement. Further, the design of a good performance management system capacitates the organisation in doling out and congratulating the employees’ success, hence, the motivation hence, the passion increases. The third one is that it possiblises the organitzation to pay the employees but this time with gratation as a salutations. Therefore the top organizations need to implement the performance management systems that will support the company's vision and goals. One of the key objectives of putting up the performance management systems is to attain operational effectiveness.en_US
