Abstract: The landscape of consumer behavior has been irrevocably altered by the digital realm. The way people find information and interact with brands has fundamentally changed as a result of social media platforms' widespread availability. This part digs into the basic convergence of developing web-based entertainment drifts and direct showcasing procedures, investigating their joined effect on customer buy choices. A significant shift in this dynamic can be seen in the rise of social commerce, in which social media platforms themselves act as facilitators of streamlined transactions.
